► What are the payment method available?

  • We support the following payment options at Bricks Smart:
  • Credit / Debit Card via eGHL
    • Both credit card and debit card with MasterCard / VISA brand logo are accepted  
  • Interbank Transfer via eGHL
    • You have to have these online bank account below:
  • Direct Bank-In
    • Public Bank Account : 3206017226

    • Account Name : Bricks Smart World Sdn Bhd

    • After making payment, please send us the payment slip @ https://www.brickssmart.com/notification to speed up delivery process.

    • Your purchased products will not be shipped until we receive payment confirmation from Bank.

  • All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia currency (RM). You will see the prices of the various products after the respective discounts.



► How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?

  • Notification will be sent via email upon succesful of payment, and you can also check your order status in My Account > Order History



► What can I do if my payment failed?

  • Guest Checkout
    • There is no way to make payment with Credit / Debit card if you have cancelled the payment gateway or the payment gateway failed to respond.
    • You may call our customer service (03-90118183) to secure your order and proceed with Direct Bank-In (within 2 hours).
  • Member Checkout
    • If you have cancelled the payment gateway or the payment gateway failed to respond, you may make payment again in few simple steps.
    • Home > Account > Order History > Click the View as shown in the picture below:

  • Home > Account > Order History > Order Information > Click the PAYNOW as shown in the picture below:
