► What are the payment methods available?

      • Must write Recipient Reference: Order ID + Name

    • Please send us your payment slip to >> BRICKSSMART.COM/NOTIFICATION

    • Your purchased products will not be shipped until we receive payment confirmation from Bank.

  • Touch 'n Go eWallet
  • Credit Card / Debit Card by senangPay

    • 1% Transaction Charge is charged to users of this payment method (0% for now)

  • All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia currency (RM). You will see the prices of the various products after the respective discounts.


► How can I know if my payment was successful or failed?

  • Notification will be sent via email upon successful of payment
  • You can also check your order status in My orders > Search for your order and click View > the payment logo will be ticked once successful.


► What can I do if my order status is unpaid / payment failed?

Member Checkout:

  • If you choose Bank Instant Transfer​ or Touch 'n Go eWallet, you can go to My orders > Search for your order and click View > make payment and upload your receipt again

  • If you choose Credit Card / Debit Card and have canceled the payment gateway or the payment gateway failed to respond, you may make the payment again in a few simple steps.
    • go to My orders > Search for your order and click View > click Pay Now as shown below
